How we research
Primary sources come first. We use official pricing pages, product documentation and help centres wherever possible. Third-party review sites can provide useful context, but they are not used as the primary source for a competitor's current features or pricing.
How we decide what matters
We compare the things that materially affect an Australian cleaning business: how customers enquire and book, scheduling, recurring work, properties, quotes, invoices, payments, team operations, field tools, accounting connections, pricing, setup complexity and the type of business each product was designed to serve.
What "best" means
There is no useful version of "best" without a type of business attached to it. A platform built for a 70-person multi-location cleaning company can be a bad purchase for a solo cleaner. A simple platform for a small cleaning team can be the wrong choice for a national field-service operation. Our recommendations are made for the audience stated in each comparison.
Hands-on claims
Do not interpret a source-backed comparison as a claim that Tidyly has operated every competitor product internally. If we have not personally tested a feature, we describe it from the competitor's official documentation rather than pretending otherwise.
How often comparisons are reviewed
Pricing and SaaS features change. Each comparison displays the date its volatile information was last checked. We update comparisons when material product or pricing changes are identified.
Commercial disclosure
Tidyly is the publisher of these comparisons and one of the products being compared. Competitors do not pay for placement or ranking on this page.
