How much commission can I earn from each referral?
You can earn 20% of the Tidyly subscription fees collected during an eligible referred customer's first 12 paid months, up to $45.60 per same-country referral at the current $19/month subscription price. Cross-country referrals are recorded and paid in the referred business's subscription currency.
Who can join the Tidyly Partner Program?
Eligible cleaning-business account owners can join when their own Tidyly subscription is active and their connected Stripe account is ready to receive partner transfers and payouts.
How does my partner link track a referral?
Tidyly records the first valid partner-link visit within a 30-day window and locks that attribution when the new cleaning business signs up. Self-referrals, existing customers and duplicate or manipulated attribution are not eligible.
When does a referral start earning commission?
A click, trial or sign-up does not earn commission by itself. Commission is recorded after Stripe confirms a successful Tidyly subscription payment from the eligible referred customer.
How and when are Partner Program commissions paid?
Commission is subject to a 30-day refund and fraud hold. Available earnings are ordinarily grouped into a monthly transfer to your connected Stripe account, subject to Stripe verification, balance availability and compliance requirements.
What happens if I cancel Tidyly or disconnect Stripe?
New commission eligibility and payouts require your own Tidyly subscription and Stripe connection to remain active and in good standing. Payouts pause while those requirements are not met.
Does my referral receive a discount?
No. The partner commission does not change the referred customer's Tidyly subscription price.
