Wednesday feels different now.
Tarni had never stuck with a digital tool. Now Tidyly is part of how she runs her cleaning business every week.

When Tarni started her cleaning business in Tamworth in 2025, she had a handful of regular clients and a simple goal.
Do good work. Look after people. Keep growing.
Like a lot of small business owners, she did not mind the work itself.
It was everything that came after.
Invoices had to be done. Paperwork had to be organised. It all took time, and none of it was the reason she started a cleaning business.
She had looked at different websites before, but they never felt right.
“I just couldn’t get my head around all the websites to use. I just want to be able to get invoices done on my phone.”

That was all she wanted.
Not more software.
Not more features.
Just something simple enough that she could get the job done and move on with her day.
When Tarni joined Tidyly, she created an invoice template once.
Now every Wednesday, she opens that same template, changes what needs changing for the week, saves the invoice to her phone and she is finished.
It has become part of her routine.
“It’s been so easy to just log into my account and do it myself. I saved a template and just enter what’s new for this week then it’s done.”

The biggest change was not the invoices.
It was how she felt about doing them.
Instead of being another job hanging over her head, they became something she knew she would take care of every Wednesday.
No fuss.
No second guessing.
Just done.
At 54, Tidyly is the first digital tool Tarni has genuinely stuck with.
Not because she suddenly became interested in technology.
Because it fit naturally into the way she already worked.
“I’m usually stressed about invoices but I’m not today. Being able to save templates and make invoices on my phone took the stress out of it completely.”
